Is the Omnia Styler® suitable for all hair types?

Yes. All Stellar® stylers are designed in such a way that they can accommodate all hair types.

The Omnia® styler also works great on chemical-processed hair. Once you apply chemicals to your hair it means that your hair integrity has been compromised.

How do I know my styler is ready to use?

It takes only 7 seconds for the Omnia® to heat up from ambient temperature to styling temperature. The Touchscreen Controls can be used to increase or decrease the temperature between 150°C and 220°C with a choice of 8 heat settings.

The styler will automatically go to 180°C by default. When the LEDs stop flashing, the styler is ready to use. From there, you can decrease or increase the temperature as needed by increments of 10°C. The Omnia Styler® has Intelligent Memory that remembers your last used setting.

What is the best temperature for my hair?

Thanks to our Healing Mineral™ Therapy you can now style your hair on a lower temperature setting achieving better results. The temperature display is LED colour-coded to see the set temperature at a glance. White LEDs are safe for the hair, Yellow LEDs are for thicker hair, and Red LEDs are for professional treatments such as Keratin straightening. If you are unsure start at a lower temperature and raise if needed. Remember, all hair is different, so we’ve outlined some general guidelines below.

  • White light 150°C for damaged hair
  • White light 160°C-180°C for fine and normal hair
  • Amber light 190°C-200°C for thick hair
  • Red light 210°C-220°C for professional treatments
What is the best way to store and maintain my styler?

Plates can be scratched or chipped when not handled with care. We recommend sliding the travel guard over the styler to protect the plates when done styling and storing it in its clutch pouch.

It is always advised to gently fold the cable and use the complimentary cable Velcro tie to secure it, this ensures no unnecessary stress is caused to the power cord which could result into damage to the power cord.

When cleaning the styler, we recommend wiping the luke-warm plates after each use with non-alcoholic wipes.

Does my styler come with warranty?

IN australian and ew Zealand, the Stellar Omnia® comes with a 1-year warranty. If you register online we will add two extra years complimentary on us! If a problem should arise within the time of the manufacturer’s warranty, we will service your styler free of charge.
In EU and surrounding countries, any electrical device comes with two year warranty, registration is advised.

For optimal longevity, avoid wrapping the cable too tightly around your Omnia® stylers or OmniFlex™. Instead, loosely loop the cord in the provided carry case to prevent unnecessary wear on the inner wire, which is not covered by warranty. Additionally, protect your stylers from scratches and chips by keeping the plug and plates separate - since plate damage also falls outside warranty coverage. With these simple storage tips, your Stellar tools will stay in top shape for longer!

How to turn my Stellar Omnia® on and off?

Thanks to our Smart Motion™ Technology, simply pick up the styler and tap the plates together to turn on your Omnia®. Your styler will automatically turn off after sensing no motion for about 60 seconds. You can manually turn off your styler by touching the – area for 2 seconds.

Can the Omnia® be used worldwide?

All Omnia® stylers can be used anywhere in the world with a power rating of 100-240V, 50/60Hz, 35-45W. It comes with a 3-metre power cord, the optimal length for professionals and consumers alike.

What is the blinking or solid red light on the side of my styler?

Your Omnia® styler is equipped with the industry’s first Thermal Vision™ Indicator. Once the plates are heating, the red light on the side of the Omnia® will start blinking. Once the set temperature has been reached, the light will turn solid. Once the plates are cooling down, the light will go back to blinking to make the surroundings aware the styler is still hot to touch.

What are the plates made of?

We can’t tell you exactly as it is a well-kept secret. We can tell you that we infuse a maximum concentration of our exclusive Healing Mineral that only can be found deep in a handful of mountains in Korea into the highest grade of ceramic.

If you are taking good care of your styler by ensuring correct maintenance, and storing it with the included travel guard, the special ceramic plates will last for years to come.

How do I turn off the vibration?

Your Omnia® styler automatically has Nano Pulse™ Technology turned on for the convenience of use. You can turn off this feature by pressing the + area for 2 seconds.

No nasty noises. We are here to make you feel good. You will only sense and feel a smooth and soft vibration from the Nano Pulse™ Technology.

Hoe draai ik aan de hendel van de Stellar OmniFlex®?

De OmniFlex® föhn is ontworpen voor nauwkeurige styling en eenvoudige opbergmogelijkheden. Draai de hendel aan de onderkant eenvoudig naar linksboven.

Wat is de zorgmodus en hoe activeer ik deze?

Activeer de verzorgingsmodus door de temperatuurknop 3 seconden ingedrukt te houden. De föhn schakelt elke 5 seconden tussen de koude en warme stand. Deze stand voorkomt dat het haar uitdroogt en houdt vocht vast, waardoor het haar gezonder en glanzender wordt. Druk op een willekeurige temperatuurinstelling om de verzorgingsmodus uit te schakelen.

Wat is de automatische uitschakelfunctie en is die nodig?

De föhn schakelt na 30 minuten continu gebruik automatisch uit om oververhitting te voorkomen. Dit is geen storing, maar een veiligheidsmaatregel. Veiligheid staat altijd voorop: hervat het föhnen door de aan/uit-knop uit en weer aan te zetten.

Hoe maak ik de filterkap en de filters schoon?

De OmniFlex®-droger is voorzien van een filterdeksel en filters die eenvoudig te verwijderen zijn, waardoor schoonmaken gemakkelijk is. Daarnaast beschikt hij over geavanceerde filtertechnologie die stofophoping minimaliseert, waardoor minder vaak schoonmaken nodig is.

Is de Stellar OmniFlex® net zo luid als een gewone wasdroger?

Nee, de OmniFlex® is erg stil, met slechts 70 dB bij maximaal vermogen. Wij geven om uw gezondheid en uw gehoor.

Is de OmniFlex® licht van gewicht?

Jazeker! De OmniFlex® is een van de lichtste op de markt. Met slechts 288 gram (exclusief snoer) kunt u vaarwel zeggen tegen pijn in uw polsen en schouders.

Waarom is het ene mondstuk magnetisch en het andere met een kliksysteem?

What are Stellar® brushes made from?

OmniFlex™ Vent Brush:

Is made of 100% boar bristles in combination with hand-dipped epoxy pins assisting your natural essences to distribute evenly through your hair shaft resulting in shinier hair.

MicroCell™ Cushion Brush:

Is made from hand-dipped epoxy pins supported on a patented MicroCell™
natural rubber cushion.

HeatSense™ Round Brush:

Is made with high-quality nylon contoured bristles for softness and hold. The diamond-shaped ceramic vents assist in faster drying and help to maintain hair health. The barrel is made from a special ceramic coasting and infused with Healing Mineral™ therapy, which reduces frizz, and locks in moisture and the result is longer-lasting and shiner hair.

Why is my HeatSense™ Round Brush changing colour?

The colour change is to indicate that the ceramic area is heating up and will be hot to the touch. This also indicates that the heat is distributed evenly.

Do the Gator Sectioning Clips have a good hold factor?

Yes, the Stellar® Gator Sectioning Clips have a strong hold factor and are of premium quality. The anti-slip rubberised finish and the serrated jaws provide a secure grip on each section of hair keeping the hair in place during styling.

What is the difference between the Stellar® Gator Sectioning Clips and similar-looking clips?

Usually, sectioning clips of its kind weigh only 8 or 10 grams however we went the extra mile and increased its quality to 12 grams to make it more durable. Each pack contains four sectioning clips for your convenience.

What are the benefits of using Stellar® Gator Sectioning Clips?

The Stellar® Gator Sectioning Clips are the stylist's go-to to divide the hair into neat, manageable sections. Our Gator Sectioning Clips are a great assistant when working on intricate hairstyles or applying colour treatments ensuring even distribution and precise styling. Great for home use and or the stylist in the salon.

What are the benefits of using a carbon comb?

Carbon fiber is a reinforcement to provide strength to the comb making it highly durable and heat-resistant to ensure longevity of the product.

What are the wider teeth for on the Stellar® Carbon Cutting Comb?

The wider teeth on the Carbon Cutting Comb are used for detangling and sectioning. The finer teeth are used for precision cutting and creating fine lines.

What comb should I choose?

The Stellar® Carbon Tail Comb is preferred if you like to style various looks, curls, waves, braiding, up-dos and precise sectioning. The fine closely spaced teeth are designed for precision styling. The pointed part of the long handle helps with sectioning and creating a precise parting. The long handle is for more grip and control and the lightweight gives ease when using reducing hand fatigue.

The Carbon Cutting Comb is preferred when a comb for thicker hair and detangling is needed and is used to assist with haircuts. A sturdy carbon-fiber
construction ensures that the comb withstands the tension applied when a stylist is performing a precision haircut. The wide teeth are suitable for detangling, making it easier to work through knotted hair. The fine teeth are used for more precision and control when cutting.

How do I clean my combs correctly?

Remove any hair from the comb. Use a soft bristle cleaning brush with lukewarm soapy water to gently clean between the teeth and crevices. In salons, a professional cleaning solution can be used. At home, lukewarm water with a small amount of vinegar works wonders to remove any build-up.

Why there are black marks on the inside of my Stellar® Comb’s packaging?

This is normal. The inner part of the packaging is not coated and is made of stone powder, 100% biodegradable. Friction between the Stellar® Comb and the packaging might occur during transport. This has no effect on the purpose of the comb and is not a defect.

How can I clean the Stellar® Premium Heat-resistant Mat?

The Premium Heat-resistant Mat can be cleaned with soapy lukewarm water and left to drip dry.

Can the Omnia® curl hair and will they last?

It definitely can. All Stellar® stylers are made to straighten, curl, and anything in between.

Does the Omnia® come with any other accessories?

The Stellar Omnia® comes in premium packaging with a luxury heat-resistant clutch pouch and a travel guard to keep your plates safe from any scratches.

Can I use a styler on wet hair?

When hair is wet the cuticle layer of the hair is open. Applying heat when the cuticle layer of the hair is open will damage the hair. We recommend drying the hair thoroughly before applying heat.

I am concerned about my hair drying out, will this happen?

When using the right temperature for your hair, your hair won’t dry out. We recommend styling at a lower temperature and raising the temperature as needed as everyone’s hair is different. With the Stellar Omnia® you can style at a lower temperature achieving superior results thanks to our Healing Mineral™ Therapy in our special ceramic plates.

Will the styler emit an odour while using?

The styler does not emit any odour. If you are experiencing an odour or steam it might have the following causes:

  • The set temperature is too high for your hair.
  • there is a lot of product built-up on your hair. in this case, we would recommend washing your hair with a clarifying shampoo

How can I get in contact with your customer service?

We love talking to you. We offer three types of contact:

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once you have placed your order it goes automatically to our warehouse to be processed, packed, and dispatched to have your Stellar® order delivered to your door as fast as we can. Therefore, it is nearly impossible to cancel orders once they have been packed.

If you have made a mistake, contact us immediately. Normally, within the first
fifteen minutes of placing the order has the highest chance of the order not
being packed yet.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind, not suitable or seen it cheaper somewhere else. If you haven’t opened the box yet and all is in original condition, we might be able to offer a store credit minus its postage and handling. All products will be inspected upon their return to check for damage, usage, condition, and whether the seal is still intact.

How much is delivery and how long will it take within Australia?

We offer free express shipping to retail customers. You can opt for paid extra protection through Signature on Delivery and Freight Protection.
We aim to get your order to you within 1-3 business days however there may be exceptional times that are out of our control that result in slightly longer transit times.

If I damage the plates or break my plug or cable, are they covered in the warranty?

Unfortunately, plates, cables or plugs are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty however feel free to email us and we can quote you for an After Service.

My styler is out of warranty, can you service it?

YES, feel free to email us and we can quote you for an After Service.

If the product is faulty, why would I need to provide a receipt?

Unfortunately, we are aware of counterfeit products and just want to assure you that your styler is genuine. It will also give us the information where it was bought.

Hoe kan ik mijn oude elektrische gereedschap afvoeren?

Ben je bezig je CO2-voetafdruk te verkleinen?

We zijn erin geslaagd onze CO2-uitstoot met ongeveer 90% te verminderen. We beloven onze goederen te verzenden per schip in plaats van per vliegtuig. Zoals we allemaal begrijpen, kunnen er echter onvoorziene omstandigheden zijn die luchtvracht noodzakelijk maken.

Onze pakketten worden bezorgd door koeriers die een hoge mate van CO2-neutraliteit hebben. Door via ons te bestellen, heeft u geen invloed op de lucht die we inademen.
